Observation

Plastic bags are accessible to children under the kitchen sink. This is a repeat violation. Plastic gloves are accessible to children in cabinet under bathroom sink. Two pair of adult scissors are accessible to toddler and pre-school age children in the kitchen. The six burner gas stove has knobs at the front of the stove and accessible to children. The chandelier/light fixture over the kitchen island does not have shatter resistant glass covers.
